  • The item was purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Customized or personalized items (such as custom prints) are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error.

2. Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Once your exchange request is approved, you can send the item back to our warehouse.
  • After we receive and inspect the original item, we will ship the replacement to you.

3. Returns and Refunds

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or provided as a store credit within 7-10 working days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).
  • Provide photos of the damage along with your order details.
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
